We arrived at The Little Farm on a windy Friday night, a bit cold, fairly stressed, and we got a trifle lost getting there. All the tension and anxiety melted away as we crossed the bridge over the stream, to be met by 8 busy geese, a friendly sheep and an overwhelming sense of tranquility. After two cozy nights at the lodge under the amazing trees with lots of time to do very little, life seemed so much simpler. There were no highlights for our weekend away, it was all so much fun! Thank you so much. We will be back. There is still so much to see next time.

A Fortuitous Accident.
Not all accidents are disadvantageous it seems!

It was purely by accident that I came across a notice about the “Little Farm on a Stream” while my husband and I were touring the Cape. We were looking for an escape from the tumult of traffic and bustle in the cities.

What an ‘escape’ it turned out to be! We really enjoyed our -‘all too short’- stay at the farm, which is certainly situated in one of the most beautiful settings we have ever seen – and we have done considerable travelling, I might add.

Thank you for providing three days of sheer bliss.

This was a relaxing week end getaway. We were met at the gate by Paul. He was friendly and helpful. We spent our time lying next to the pool and walking on the farm. Thank you for this wonderful; spot! We will be back!

Thank you a thousand times over for everything!!! We didn’t want to leave this morning as we felt we’d completely settled in and could easily have spent many more days wrapped up in Little Stream bliss!

It’s magical – we love the ways it’s decorated and the way it feels so homely and warm…And we love the recycling and composting and trees and buchu etc…
